Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, free training, and related content provided by THINKNBOX Inc. (“THINKNBOX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing our sites, submitting a form, or watching our training, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites or services.

2. Who we are

THINKNBOX Inc. is a restaurant-marketing company based in Ontario, Canada. We provide free educational content, marketing services, and the RestoCliq software for restaurant owners.

3. The free training

The training is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It shares strategies, tools, and examples we use in our own work. We may add, change, or remove content at any time, and we don’t guarantee the training will always be available.

4. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or state and able to enter a binding agreement to use our sites and services. The content is intended for business owners and operators.

5. Results & earnings disclaimer

We share strategies that have worked for us and our clients, but we make no guarantee of any specific result, revenue, number of customers, or return on investment. Your results depend on many factors we don’t control — including your market, offer, execution, budget, and effort. Any examples, figures, or testimonials are illustrative, not promises or typical results.

Nothing on our sites or in the training should be taken as a guarantee of earnings or business performance. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

All content we provide — including the training, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the THINKNBOX and RestoCliq names and marks — is owned by THINKNBOX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view it for your own use, but you may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the sites or content for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the sites or attempt to gain unauthorized access; or
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with us.

8. Third-party services & links

Our sites embed and link to third-party services — including YouTube (video), RestoCliq, our booking tool, and our form provider. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. Separate products or paid services (such as RestoCliq or done-for-you services) are governed by their own agreements.

9. No professional advice

Our content is general information, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making business decisions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our sites and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THINKNBOX and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) our sites, content, or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free content will not exceed CAD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THINKNBOX and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our sites or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our sites means you accept the updated Terms.
